Dr. Faulcon is the Interim President of Shaw University, the President of Winning Generation Education & Training Institute, and founding Pastor of the Agape Worship Center. Founder of the Winning Generation Education & Training Institute, an organization that focuses on personal and organizational development. Dr. Faulcon’s experience consulting spans many years of experience with a special focus on the retention and recruitment of minority students and faculty. He is also an expert on providing solutions to higher education institutions toward narrowing the achievement gap between minorities and others. Dr. Faulcon has recently gained a vigorous interest in consulting. Dr. Faulcon believes that many of his colleagues in the consulting industry have failed to understand the importance of diversity outside of the mere legal and PR consequences. He has reinvested into his consulting practice in the hopes of promoting diversity in skill, background and temperament, not only race. Dr. Faulcon’s classes are received with universal positivity. In an environment where diversity seminars are viewed either with dread, or as a joke, Dr. Faulcon is able to walk into a group of strangers and in the course of a day be invited to their child’s Christening. In the words of a man who’s worked with him in the past, “you have to see it to believe it.” He is the author of the book, A Winning Generation. Dr. Faulcon received a Bachelor of Science degree from Saint Augustine’s College and two degrees from North Carolina State University: Masters of Recreation Resources and Public Administration, as well as a Doctorate in Higher Education Administration and Public Administration.
